Full 360SQFT Patio Transformation with Custom Stairs and Pergola

This project called for a complete upgrade of a backyard area with a new patio, custom stairs, and a pergola. The homeowner wanted a more usable outdoor space and needed help addressing outdated features and overgrown plantings.

• Installed a 360-square-foot Techo Bloc paver patio for a new outdoor living area

• Built new exterior steps and landing using Brandon Wall and Raffinato Caps for safe, attractive access

• Removed an old stone wall, outdated soil, and a large crape myrtle tree to clear and refresh the space

• Replaced rotted fence wood, scrubbed, and repainted 60 feet of fence and the gate

• Constructed a custom 19-by-5-foot pergola to add shade and visual interest

The backyard now feels open and inviting, with smooth transitions between spaces and a defined entertainment area. Fresh materials and thoughtful design details made the space more functional and visually unified.
