COMPLETE OUTDOOR LIVING RENOVATION.
This project started with the removal of an aging deck that no longer fit the homeowner’s needs. We were asked to create a new outdoor space that would offer more comfort, function, style, and fun for gatherings and everyday use.

Project Summary
The Work
• Demolished and removed the old deck and stairs, handling all debris
• Built a new screened porch with a sloped roof, composite flooring, and ceiling fan
• Constructed new composite decks, landings, and wide steps using Trex Lineage Salt Flat
• Installed black aluminum railings, PVC trim, and under-stair storage
• Added recessed lighting, outlets, and upgraded storm door with a doggie door
• Created multiple new paver patios and a curved seating wall with drainage
• Assembled a green turbo tube slide for backyard fun
• Installed extra wall block and flood lights to improve safety and structure
The Outcome
The property now features a multi-level deck with a comfortable screened porch, several connected patios, and thoughtful details like storage and lighting. The new layout makes better use of the yard and offers inviting spots for relaxing, playing, and entertaining.
